• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

On Friday, Nov 2nd about 11am, my wife and I are riding our Spyders from South Charlotte to Brevard, grabbing some lunch and on Saturday, Nov. 3rd, we are taking what we are calling The Waterfall Tour. I have GPSd out about 15 waterfalls in Transylvania county and we are going to tool around and check them out. Anyone is welcome to come along. May head back to Charlotte Sat afternoon. We will be in Robbinsville from Nov 1 to 4. Our Friday ryde will be the Cherohala Skyway, and or Saturday ryde was going to be to Bridal Veil Falls. If there's a way to meet up, I'd be up to ryding with you.
 
Waterfall Tour 2012

We had a great trip. Some of the falls were down long gravel roads which I wouldn't recommend and some, like Dupont park, required more walking than we anticipated, but it was a great weekend and a number of great rydes.

As a side note, if Youtube asks if they can help stabilize your video from the shakes, answer "NO!"

The Holiday Inn Express is about the best hotel in Brevard and we ate an Irish Pub that was pretty good. It was 37 degrees when we got up to ryde on Saturday.
