I wonder sometimes how many gun owners would, if push came to shove, be able to do what's necessary to protect themselves from a tyrannical government. Not sure if I could, honestly.

I think you may get that tyrannical gov't with the upcoming election.

Congress has got to stop this insane abuse of our constitutional rights. They certainly are pushing all the buttons to start a second revolution, which is what they what anyway. That will cause total havoc. Then comes martial law and confiscation and imprisonment. It has to be stopped before it is too late for our country. He knows exactly what he is doing. This is why the Japanese didn't attack the main land ( other than the Pacific Ocean) If our government awakens the "sleeping giant" ( I think that was Herihito after Pearl Harbour). With 80 to 90 million firearm owners in the US maybe 2 or 3 million of us would "stop" someone who tried to confiscate our firearms.

Well I don't know my history as well as I should -----But I do know:::

If you don't know your history ---- you are doomed to repeat it.


It has happened too many times:
Pearl Harbour and Sept 11,2001 Sneak attackes we knew were comming.
"Non-agression agreements seriously broken---Hitler to Stalin in WW2 ( Iran and a nuke)
"Rulers" disarming thier countrymen--- then in-slaveing and murdering them by the millions.
Germany, Laos, Cambodia,Russia

Terrorists attacking soft targets-- worldwide, again and again.

I'm sure there are many more.

I just heard today from the NRA website that the ATF ruling was put on hold. Business can continue as before. Thank goodness at least for the time being. But, now that it is in their rules it will only take someone with a pen and a phone to make take effect.
