• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

First timer for Spyder Fest

Thinking of heading the spider for this for a couple of days maybe Friday and Saturday just wondering which would be the best days to be there.

Why; it's ALL of them! nojoke

Seriously; there's stuff going on each day, and it's awful tough to try and plan on missing ANY of it.

This will be our first 'fest, but looking at the schedule, it looks like Sat might be the best day, since it's the last big day. Check out the site at Spyderfest.com

Bob,
This was the first "album" (read Compact Disc) I ever bought. From then on there were no more cassette tapes for me. That is until I got my five speed diesel chevette, that came with an 8 track player in it.

Just sayin'............

 Wait a minute!!!

You had a DIESEL Chevette?!? :yikes:

Couldn't you just walk slower?? :roflblack:

Just kiddin' ;)

(But they WERE the only car that I'd dared to pick on with my 1979 Ford Fiesta S)

Is there any chance of you guys joining our "Caravan to SpyderFest"?

I still have a couple of 8-track tapes left over from my father's 1975 Oldsmobile Cutlass. I figure they'll eventually be museum ready. Or maybe Antiques Roadshow!

Wagner Winery makes some nice wines. For those with sweet tastes, the Delaware is very nice.

Gave the bike a bath this weekend; the wheels were filthy with brake dust. He's a handsome beast again!

I still need to finish rewiring the TricLed fender lights and I'm toying with installing a set of Lamont's highway pegs. If I don't get to them before the trip I'll probably get them installed at SF. I'm not totally convinced I want a set yet.

Can't possibly get away. Our production numbers are going through the roof and it is all hands on deck. I am working approximately 55 hours a week. The good news is that it is extra money in the bank will pay for the gas in Brenda's new (to us) spyder. I ordered a passenger backrest today, worth every penny. Have fun, take lots of pictures, and make lots of safe miles.

Just sayin'............

We'll have to figure out a ride... Maybe we can meet at the Classic Car Museum sometime this Summer??? :dontknow:

I went out for a ride last night and had an epiphany and connected several of the curviest roads in my area. I will have to show you around.

Just sayin'............
