• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The elusive consumer accessory circuit

I know it's there somewhere and I still can't find the elusive, labeled "CAC" under the left access panel of my 2016 F3L. I recall someone on the forum said it was more under the gas tank cover. Any suggestions would be welcome.

It is WELL hidden Norm. It is wrapped in black cloth tape and is hidden among a bundle of wires. It should have a white tag with "customer accessory" on it. I'll try and find a photo, and I think Lamont showed in on one of his videos.

I just found my notes, Norm.....

I never would have found it without taking the side panel off. The end of it had been zip tied tightly to another cable behind the side panel, and while the label was beneath the top inspection panel, you couldn't see any part of it because it was under all the other cabling and also tightly zip tied.

Snip the bottom zip tie......and there it is and the label is visible.....I guess they don't want us amateurs getting at it easily. ;):)

Thanks Pete - I remember watching Lamont's video and he commented that it may be a little difficult to find. I agree that Can Am may not want us playing with electric without a search party.
