• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The Customer Accessory Power Connectors are not there on my 2025 F3-T!

On my 2025 F3-T, I discovered that the 2 power connectors, one under the passenger seat and the other under the left hand access cover, are not there. Well, I didn't actually discover that, my mechanic did when he installed the power cord for my heated gear. If you are thinking of purchasing a 2025 F3-T, then this is something that you might want to consider.

Your mechanic could be right, but you should check it out on the electrical schematic in the back of the shop manual for the bike. When I hooked up the aftermarket fog lights on my 2019 F3, the wire for the customer accessory circuit under the left access cover had no plugs on it at all. It was just a chopped off wire with a tiny shrink fit cap over the end, and it was taped up in a bundle of other wires, from the factory like that. If I had not pulled the tape off it could have easily gone unnoticed. The one under the seat was the same way. I had to really look to find it. If it is supposed to be there, it will be shown as a dead end wire on the wiring diagram even though it is taped up in a bundle with a lot of other wires. The color code will be showing a wire going into a bundle of taped up wires.

There are NO shop manuals available yet for 2024 and 2025 Spyders of any model.

The documentation that the dealer service departments have available to them are not the same as the service and repair manuals that us mere customers can purchase.

They are not there on the 2024 models either.
There is a customer accessory power port on my 2024 Spyder RT Sea2Sky.
It's behind the plastic above the right front wheel.

I installed a CAN-AM 2020 RT SPYDER 12 VOLT DOCKING STATION SRT20-1U12 (1-USB, 1-12 Volt) I bought from SpyderExtras.com.

The Acrobat PDF Installation Instructions are here:

The first 3 steps are mounting the docking station. Steps 4, 5, and 6 are removing the body panels to get to the power connection.

Step 7 has a picture showing the power connection.

The rest of the document is how to connect the wires for the docking station to the power connection. The kit includes a "Y" wiring adapter for the connection.

And of course then putting all the panels back on.

When my Spyder is turned on, the area around the USB connection on the docking station lights up blue.

The wiring on the 24/25 is a lot different than the previous models. I was able to look at the wiring under the seat on my 25 and it is not the same as my 21. In fact the plastic pan where the wires are routed is completely different.

Thank you for this information. I will check this on my 2024 F3S

He spliced into the wires for the fog lamp switch. Fog lamps are not offered as an accessory on the 2025 F3-T, but the wiring is there for the switch as are the mounting points for the lights. The fuse for the fog lamps has an amp rating that will handle both the gear and the lights, LED's, should I decide to have them installed at a later date.

I spent the week with the BRP guys. The product guy, Felix, sent an email back to the electrical shop, as he did not know.
Said he would find out. I looked around, but didn’t see a wire on the F3LTD we have.
The stuff we asked stumped them about half the time. Considering how much new stuff there is on our fleet, they did great!
The new 10.25 screen, apps, functions and controls are great. I can see a learning curve, as I am dazzled by bright lights and shining screens. The Canyon is a whole new world! I like it a lot.
