Many thanks to you and your lovely wife for letting me stay on your property after the most wonderful food and CAKE!!!!! No calories in those cakes either I presume!!?? I hope you realize that my spyder got almost overloaded with the added weight of the ryder!!!! It's what I get for going back for seconds!!! BUT IT WAS SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!! Thank you again. I went BACK to Maggie valley to get with Hazel and Darcy and rode with them to their place in Ga. WOW BEAUTIFUL place they have, GREAT roads, Just super people that let me stay with them!! Then off for home in the RAIN!!!! Frog Toggs did their thing until I got to SIT AT THE LIGHT IN A DOWNPOUR OF BIBLICAL PROPORTIONS!!!! Soo got a motel room (far away and after lots more DOWN POURS )and a dryer for all the wet stuff. (shirt, pants, doo rag(sweating) and let the boots dry out.) BUT had a great time at MV and even more fun at Lamonts. Was SOOOOOO sorry to see all the bandages on the Mrs. but everybody up and at em makes it easier to see. By now some of the aches and pains should be at the twinge stage at least I hope so. Take care ALL!! be carfeull out there. And sure hope all got home safe and sound.

I left Lamont's late Saturday afternoon but didn't get far when I had a code pop up about the passenger seat. What? Is there a Nome hiding in there somewhere?
So, from the road I called and talked to Lamont. He said if I didn't get it to clear come back and he would look at it. I got it to clear till I stopped for a bathroom and fuel stop. So I headed back to Lamont's. It would have been a questionable five hour ride to Atlanta?

After they got the truck fire situation cleared up and the van unstuck and towed up the yard, Lamont was able to clear out all the troublesome codes. As it was getting dark, Sharon 'Threefeet' suggested I stay and leave in the morning. I decided that riding with her would be more fun than riding back alone. So I drove the trip back to Maggie Valley and to GA with the gals Darcy and Hazel to hang out. What a fun time we had at their place and a short ride in the area.

I got back home on Monday with riding in a bit of rain.
