It appears that I've got two years time, before I have to fill it out.
I've contacted them, and demanded that my Permit says nothing about re-certification requirements. They should have to revoke, and re-issue every affected Permit in the State; before proceeding with this process.
Do you think that I'll hear back from them?

Received my renewal form for my "PENNSYLVANIA LICENSE TO CARRY FIREARMS" in the mail last week. (about a month early, in fact) Completed it, carried it to the county courthouse, paid my $20, had my photo taken and walked out with a new 5 year license to carry firearms.

That's how Kansas is now, too. But you can still get a concealed carry permit, as I have. It's good to have in reciprocal states that still require them.

Depends on whether or not he voted for the law.
