Ok guys some great comments, just to answer this question. Why? why go to the moon. Why travel at 1000mph why fly without being seen.......well because it pushes the boundaries, it's a case of taking what you have and making it better, it's a case of getting more mpg and lowering your emissions and it's another project that gets you out of the house and into your garage to play with your favourite toy!!!
Ok so now I've built it and this is how big it is. As you can see it fits snugly in to the trunk, inside the box is the generator, liquid storage tank drain valve and system circulating pump. The electrics I've kept on the outside as well as the bubble bottle and of course the flame arrestor. Next job is to find the correct mixture and confirm the running current. Capacity for the generator should be ok as I wont be using the heated handle bars just yet. Thinking of removing the fuel gauge and replacing it with an amp meter for the bike and removing the engine temp read out and replacing that with an amp meter for the HHO, that way I can keep an eye on what's going on under the lid. Switch for operating the system will go in the centre of the 4 switches and the second battery will fit where ever I can find room. This should beef up the original power pack.
Next is to understand just how the oxygen sensors work, I'm sure they are a 4 wire unit working within a loop system sensing 0-1volt but if any one has any depth of knowledge on this I'd be glad to have it. The commander V seems to work by remapping the sensors so I know it can be done.
