Team Mancuso PowerSports Southwest in Houston

I am hoping to purchase a RT Limited fromTeam Mancuso PowerSports Southwest in Houston. I have talked with all the guys there including the actual guy that will be servicing my RT. Does anyone have any experience with this dealership good or bad? If not, do you know of a resource where I can check there credentials and consumer ratings?

We bought our 2010 RT AC from them and I let them to the 600 mile service on it. Overall, it seems to be a good dealership. My RT had a problem with the Airbag, and the frunk hood had been pryed on, making it not line. They got the Airbag taken care of, but never did get the frunk hood right.

I really liked our sales and finance process. We got a great deal because the 2011s were about to roll in and it was the last 2010 they had (and just happened to be the one I wanted...Silver RT AC SM5). The B.E.S.T warantee was a little high and you can get a better deal on that from members here on the site.

Our overall process with them has been great and would recommend them. They went out of their way to get our business and to get us financed. I love the silver RT...

Thanks for the input. We like the dealership on 59 near HBU and they seem to really want our business. I have read so much on this site about ill-equipped or poorly trained dealers that I am concerned about spending so much money on a such a high tech gadget. I'll let you know what we decide. We are taking a 2011 RT Limited out on an extended test ride on the 6th and plan to stay on it for 3 or 4 hours.

We bought my wifes spyder from Mancuso South in LeMarque on I-45 a year ago Jan. we are told it was the first RTS sold in Texas, Phillip Orange the manager is first rate honest person, we drive over 2 hrs. to deal with them, and have had no issue unresolved, they always make arrangements for us because they know we drive so far,ask for Phillip and tell him Cindy sent you, he has already made several friends of ours good deals.Good luck we leave for Alaska tomorrow my wife will be riding her Spyder and myself on my trusty Yamaha Venture,I bought my Venture from Phillip 3 yrs. ago when he ran a dealership in Beaumont Tx.
