Tapatalk not enabled?

Anyone know why I get a message "Tapatalk is not enabled in your forum"? Everything seems to work.

Things aren't adding up correctly. Did you see the threads about blank pages. Here was Lamont's response to the problem given in this post: http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/...blank-screen&p=1241250&viewfull=1#post1241250

The issue was with the add-on Tapatalk. I have uninstalled from the server. We spend way too much time with their patches and it's just not worth having it on the board. I know some of you will be upset but this is for the good of the rest of us that don't use that app. The good news is you won't be getting a popup everytime you browse the site on a mobile device asking you to install the app.

So according to his comment TT should be gone, completely. But as you have noted, as have I also, TT is still working to read and respond. Obviously he did not get all of the TT installation removed. So how long it will continue to work, and how well, is a total unknown. What you are seeing is undoubtedly related to the part he removed. Removing the part he did, did clear up the blank page problem.

Unless the folks at TT can get Lamont to reconsider I believe it'll only be a matter of time before we see it gone for good, really. I myself like using it for reading the forum.

I posted a message over on the Tapatalk forum alerting the developers that Lamont had removed it. Looks like my post has been deleted. So much for how much TT people care.

Whenever I'm forced the use the I-Pad over at the house: I have to kick through a site telling me to install it, if I want to continue on to Spyderlovers.com

As mentioned above, the APP was causing blank screen issues on this site. It seems that some functions were not compatible with this site. The TT people were not helpful, so the function was dropped by SL. opcorn:opcorn:
