There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

snow report
no snow!!!! It was like powder sugar on the front and back lawn. Had to make the call by 6 AM to stay or go... I went. After I left Fred said it started to really SNOW- however, it started turning to slush with in a half hour,so it was a good call. Snowed on and off all day- but still nothing really on the ground. Jayden was sad when I got there. He was also in a ton of pain. He could barely sit up. I sat with him and read three chapters in his book while he fell asleep.
Our parent club has started bringing meals. Melissa said to me, "I did not realize how helpful it was to have food brought to me. They even brought dessert, paper plates and napkins. Thank you so much" Was hoping that we might be able to do it tomorrow, but unless this great big storm blows in, probably not

It was light, but hoping that he would have been able to come. Unfortunately, MOm said he was unable to get up Saturday Expecting more on Tuesday... it really was not enough, but we were going to take coolers and drive up farther and bring back enough to build snowman. ((((

my boss has a friend who paints pro fighters faces on boxing gloves. He made this for Jayden. My Jayden is one of the most courageous fighters I have ever met. The doctors tell him, there is nothing they can do, it is up to him. He has outlived their estimates by a week so far.

I am glad to be part of your Spyder family, an glad to call you friend. This is my little jug I am saving my tabs in. A one gallon water bottle that is 5.25 inches square, and filled 6 inches from the bottom. I will see you in two weeks, and sure wish I could have filled it up before then.

ray: May he rest in peace.My heart hurts to read this. After so long saving the tabs for him (I don't plan to stop saving them either) I feel a real bond towards Jayden. Prayers for his family, friends, and for you Merri.

Are you people saving your tabs? Its an extremely simple thing to do and it will help pay for childhood cancer chemo treatments. What better gesture for the Spyder community to make? Recently, Spyderlovers passed 10,000 members. Can you imagine everyone of us saving at least one tab from one can everyday and sending it in? Then multiply that 30 times for each day of the month. Thats 300,000 tabs Spyder Geeks. How many lives can be saved with that?
