There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. sway bar!

For those of you that had the sway bars for awhile, did you see any improvement in tire wear? My 1st set of front OEM tires gave me 22,000 miles. I have 12,000 on this pair - left side shows little wear across the entire tire. The right side shows a LOT of inside wear only. Regardless, sounds like I should invest in the sway bar. Is it a difficult job. Thx

Definitely invest the sway bar and it isn't a hard job. I took off the frunk and installed. No special tools were needed besides a simple mechanics toolkit from walmart and possibly a torque wench (but not necessary).

Sounds like you need s laser alignment

BajaRon

My wife and I finally got to really test out our new BajaRon sway bar on some curvy roads and windy conditions over the weekend. What a difference it makes! I now see what everyone else that has one was raving about. It makes for a much better riding experience. My wife and I give it an A+ and :2thumbs:. Thank you BajaRon!

I think maybe you need a laser alignment.

Got mine today and installed it right away. Took about an hour, just used a pair of car ramps and had plenty room. I gotta say, I was skeptical as to how a piece of steel would make a difference. Then I rode it after the install.....pretty impressive I must admit. I even woke "Nanny" up for the first time.

Thanks Ron!!

Add the....

shock spring adjusters and you will simply not believe the feeling of "total control" you have with your ride.

The dealer installed mine today and I noticed a HUGE difference a couples of miles into the ride. The Spyder tracked true and no centrifugal force pulling me to the outside of the turn was felt while negotiating the "Cloverleaf" exchange from one interstate to another. The bike also didnt wobble in the headwind and crosswinds either. Completely satisfied, THANKS BAJA RON!!!

OH so true....

even went so far as to measure diameter of stock bar against Baja Ron's bar before a wise gent set me start. That would be Ron himself!! Add the shock spring adjusters for a totally mind bending experience.

Before long you will think that the bar hasn't changed things at all! Nanny will still keep kicking in, and you will still be leaning toward the outside of the curve. Then WHAMO! You realize all these things you experienced before, and are experiencing again, are happening at something like 20% to 30% greater speed!

That's true. BUT after that, if you have non-adjustable shocks, you then install the new BajaRon shock adjusters, and the cycle repeats itself.

Edit: Opps, didn't see Bob's two posts above when I posted this. Guess we both agree. ;)

This question has been well answered by others already. Sounds like you have an alignment issue. Could just need adjustment (Laser Alignment) or you may have worn, broken suspension/steering parts.

But to be clear, not only will the Sway Bar kit will NOT affect alignment, it CAN NOT affect alignment. It could possibly affect tire wear as most ride faster in the turns just because it's so much fun! But the front tires, properly aligned, will last a very long time. Even riding harder in the twisties.

But your tire wear should still be even (unless you Really do a lot of twisties).

I've had customers tell me that they used to HATE windy roads before the bar install. And that now they go looking for twisties! I am so glad all of you are having fun with your Spyders. That's what it's all about!
