• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I know there are 10's of thousands of Spyders out there that don't have Seal Floorboards on them. Well, I'm happy to say that number has gone down nicely in the past 5 days since I started my "Free Freight for the rest of the year" program.:yes::yes: Guess you folks have been waiting for a good deal to come along. Well, it has!!!:ohyea: Until Jan 1 2016, you can save $45. on a set of Seal Floorboards. No hassle, no gimmick, no nada. just go to my website and order. My stock is good, so most orders go out the nest day. Easy as can be, just do it and ........

There are also many of us who do like floorboards. In my case, they came with the Spyder, but having experienced them I've found they make my ride much more comfortable and are likely a great add-on as well.

Although the 2013-2016 RTs have Floorboards on the more expensive models, the Basic RT comes with only pegs. That's why I bought my basic 2014 RT SE6. Why pay $1,000. for the short BRP floorboards (required) when a set of Seal Floorboards are only half the price and twice as big:hun::sour::dontknow:(Plus they are now shipped FREIGHT FREE). The whole point of having Floorboards is to be able to.......

Bfromla , wow love the look of your floor board, very James Bondish. Please tell me where I can purchase this from?:dontknow:

Thx but fyi not mine. Is pic someone posted here I've been wanting to find. Most info I have been ablet to fine on google is
http://www.convictcustomcycles.com
that is an AD search engine & no help. Few popped on ebay $400 or more & im hoping someone will take interest & mass produce.

That picture of the floorboard with the semi-auto pistol and clips is photoshoped and not real. That entire pistol would be about 2.5 inches long;) I legally carry when I ride and something like that would be cool for a backup piece.:D

Some of those "thousands" are owners of RT LTDs. Is our only option to go with a much more expensive "highway peg" option to be able to relocate our feet during those long trips???????????

Red Headed Step Child

I'm sorry to say, the ST is the only Spyder I don't make Floorboards for. I just have not had any call for them. The RS SE5 sells like crazy, but, unfortunately not the ST.

You are not the only accessory maker to shy away from making component for the ST (especially the manual ST-S). Im not faulting you, the free market capitalist in me agrees you have to go where the money is. I was just wondering if you know why? I am new to Spyders and just traded my HD in for a 2014 ST-S SM5. Are we the red-headed step children of the Spyder community?

This is the exception, There are companies that cater to the ST and I will tote my money in that direction just like I just spent around 3500 at Corbin.com . I was interested in the idea of larger floorboards but since they are not an option here, I will look at getting some Rivco pegs to be able to move my feet around.

I sometimes get spasms in my hip area and need to be able to stretch my legs out to relive the pain.
