• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I ordered over $500.00 worth of stuff from TricLED on Thurs, Mar. 31st. It was shipped the very next day two-day priority w/ USPS. I needed the stuff ASAP as bike was already at dealer getting other work done and would be a good time to get everything installed at the same time. I was VERY happy. The, when I checked my tracking number I saw that my stuff was shipped to California instead of New Jersey even though my name and address were all correct in the order and shipping label:yikes:. The United States Post Office was absolutely no help :gaah:. Essentially the gentleman on the phone said oops! The PO would be unable to correct anything till Monday as they are closed and then it would take 3 to 5 days to find out what went wrong. :banghead: When I called TricLED and explained my dilemma to Cindy, without knowing me from a hole in the wall, she said she would ship out a new order to me ASAP and asked that I send anything I may receive from the first order back to her. I mean wow, this is $500.00 worth of merchandise she was willing to put on trust. Well of course I would send the first order back if and when I receive it but I was so astonished with her trust and eagerness to help me, I couldn't find enough ways to say thank you!! :ohyea:

Many many people have given their praise to TricLED here, as well as other vendors. I have read them many times. But when something like this happens to you personally, it really hits home on how good and decent some people and businesses really are. And I'm sure this has allot to do with the Sypder community in general. More than not, everyone is out to help everyone and anyone who may need it.

i had sent them many many emails asking dumb and probably stupid questions (to the point of embarrassment) before I bought anything and they were extremely helpful and courteous even then. And now this . . WOW!
