• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Suggestions on a Colorado Sight Seeing Trip

Our group is planning to head to Colorado this summer. The plan right now is to haul the bikes out there and then stay at an rv park for about a week then moving to another rv park. They want to be at a place where they can do day trips out and see something different every day.

I know they are planning to stay in Canon City for part of the trip as some of them (NOT ME!) want to raft the water.

The other place they are thinking about is Gunnison. Is there much in a 2 to 3 hour drive from Gunnison to do for several days or should we be looking at another town.

Any suggestions in that general area?

Thanks,
Leslie

Lots of beautiful country around Gunnison. Crested Butte, Black Canyon, Monarch Pass just to name few. You won't have any problem finding some beautiful roads to ride.

While you are in Canõn City, you can ride the Royal Gorge Railroad. You could also visit thFor Ridee Royal Gorge park and ride or walk across the bridge if you are so inclined. For ride planning The Complete Guide to Motorcycling Colorado by Steve Farson is a great book.

dont miss the ride up to pikes peak or you can take the cog train up I have done both and loved it :yes:
