Stuntman Steve's NMN items "the real deal from the horse's mouth"

There has been alot of people commenting on Stuntman Steve's saying he got many NMN items from me for his Spyder.

Here's the bottom line:

Many months ago, when Steve was writting about his battles with depression, I read his post and felt sorry and sad for this person who was going through such tough times in his life.

I called Steve and offered to send him some NMN items to help "cheer him up" and maybe take his mind off his depression.

Well, as we talked, I could just hear Steve "light up" when I said we were going to send him some items. He said it "really made his day" hearing this. I felt good inside thinking I may have made a differance in another person's life with a few of our products.

We also talked about the up coming Star Trek movie, and how Steve was going to have a TV interview, with his Spyder profiled in it, about the movie (hence the NCC-1701 Dash Plates). He also told me of other West Coast people and places where he would show off the NMN items on his Spyder.

Since, at the time (this was many months ago), most of the Spyders, Spyder dealers and even our customers for Spyder items lived East of the Mississippi, I thought it might be worthwhile to get some NMN items on the West Coast (on what I thought would be a high profile Spyder).

So, we boxed up the items we made, and sent out a "care package" to a fellow Spyder owner who was having such a difficult time in his life. I also thought of it as being a bit of an "advertising expense" to get some NMN items on a West Coast high profile Spyder.

Now unfortunately, these items did not get installed in time for the Star Trek movie release, and only just now (after all these months) have finally been installed. So inasmuch, I do hope these items will perform their "intended purposes" for everyone.

I hope now that the items are finally on Steve's Spyder, that Steve will start riding his Spyder more, and it will have been a worthwhile adventure for everyone. I hope these items will help Steve finally enjoy his Spyder more, as well as get NMN the desired West Coast exposure.

As they say, "Hindsight is 20/20." If ever I though my being kind, caring, generous and thoughtful of another human being would bring me such stress, and cause problems here for the rest of you, I guess I would never have bothered to "give a damn." :dontknow:

As Lamonster has told me several times regarding all of this: "No good deed goes unpunished" :gaah:

Very nice of you to do so Magic Man. A great thing to help someone out in perhaps the only way you can from such a distance. I just don't think it should have been mentioned (by him) so many times out here.

Now.... did I ever tell you the story about my terrible divorce and the nice new house I lost....... :D

No problem hear Evan and yes :agree:with Lamont also.
And Steve your alright also and have been in your BIZ
was a member of I.A.T.S.E. Local 84 for 12 years but took a withdrawal card.
But had to leave because I had a real big Sinus problem :ohyea:

He should return them or pay for them...nothing short of this...this is a matter of integrity and honesty. For all of us who pay for your products, it's a slap in the face when someone is dishonest and deceitful.

The damage is done but it can be undone...Stunt can do the right thing and pay for the products as the rest of us have...

Life is short and none of us are perfect...(not even Lamonster, believe it or not...although here we think he is!)...

We should work hard to correct our mistakes and go forward with our chin held high. Stunt can do this, and he should do this. It's only right for the both of you...and for the rest of us who pay for the products.

Stunt seems like he wants to do the right thing now...let's see what this entails...

Evan, you're a good guy and you did the right thing to help someone out...it's a shame that there was an element of deceit. I truly hope that Stunt does the right thing...either way, you shouldn't change who you are or what you did...your heart is in the right place and karma will more than take care of you...and Stunt...

your business bubba run it anyway you want. doesn't bother me in the least. you have always beenj kind in returning my calls about stupid questions. i'm not worried about anything. have a great one evan

Ev did nothing wrong - he did the right thing and helped someone out. It's how it was all posted from the last post that Stuntman started and that post was closed. Then he comes on here again to start it up again. So I think it was tacky the way he did that. Just my two cents.:dontknow:

Careful there...this year things will be different...you have to admit that playing the championship game with a rookie quarterback was pretty cool! The rivalry is intense...I love it!

You are a true friend and a humanitarian. What you do for anyone is your own business. I for one commend you on your generousity. You have done more to make the :spyder2: a safer and better looking ryde than anyone. I am glad to have a :spyder2: and you make outfitting it much easier (that is if you can decide what products to put on first).  :bowdown::firstplace:

:agree:

What you did makes good marketing sense, getting exposure out west. I did not see the posts where it was brought out to be a problem, and I don't see why it is. But hey, you offer Spyderlovers free stuff and deals all the time. It's your call what you do with your products. You tried to do a good thing. I hope you get the exposure out there.

The first thing I did this Spring was to ride up and show them my risers, then later showed them how the double and triple play make the bike more visible and of course show off my Wizard Kit when I got them working!

My dealership now stocks your risers, highway peg brakets, wizard kit and other items because there is such demand. I was pleasently surprised, now I can save on shipping.

He does not carry the HIDS tho, I guess since it conflicts with BRP's line. I doubt he will carry the filter for the same reason. But maybe he will carry the throttle lock and it would be cool if he had a brake light conversion kit ready to go.

You do what it takes to get exposure, and keep providing us with items that make our Spyders look cool, run better and be safer and more visible. I, as many others, will continue to run them, show them off, and benefit from your products.
