It's not too bad. All you really need is constant power, ground, switched power, and right and left flash. The rest just get bundled up. I put mine in the battery compartment (2011 RT) and wired the switched power and flashers into the wire harness that is used for the trailer. I ran the main power to the battery and ground to ground. Make sure you mount or tie the alarm brain to something relatively solid if you want the shock sensor to work. I mounted the led in the GPS hole plug in my handlebars and I mounted it in the blank between the switches on hers. The microwave sensor I mounted under the seat.
I wonder if the ST has a trailer wire laying back there to hook into? Hmmm...
