• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SpyderWolf graphics question

On my rear fender, which is a 2 piece graphic, there is a small section where one piece is overlayed on to the other by less than a 1/16". It is starting to lift. Any suggestions? I did order some 'prevent lift' stuff; but, have not received yet.

Thanks

what type of material is this? it should've said the brand name on the backing paper that came on the decals (3m, oracal, avery, etc) how long have the graphics been installed?

I think WrapFactory may be better qualified to help you on this one than I am Wylie. What I would do is posted below, but that may not be the best way to handle this.

I haven't had any issues with my wrap lifting anywhere on my Spyder. If it is doing it due to an overlap of the layers, my solution would be to carefully cut away the top layer until you get to where it makes good contact. That should not be noticeable to anyone but you.

Best of luck getting a resolution that meets your expectations.

If the part that is lifting still has some sticky feel try a heat gun on low to heat it up and that might make it stick again, be careful not to burn it.

Oraguard is what it says on the paper the graphics is on. They been on around 2 months.

Thanks

I just checked further and oracal.com is also listed on the backing paper.

I don't really want to try and cut it b/c you can't get all the excess off unless you use something like a utility cutter and then you run the risk of cutting the layer below or worse.

I guess the heat gun would be easy enough. Would there be a problem with that, WrapFactory.
