I ordered a flap from Spyderflaps as they are a sponsor and I would like to support the sponsors but I have not heard a thing from them. I ordered the flap two or three weeks ago and they have not even acknowledged the order. Does anyone on here have a contact number or person. Does this sponsor still exist?

i looked at my paperwork and receipt and did not find a phone number for them. FYI mine came in about a week!

I got one from them a couple of years ago. It took about three weeks for it to arrive. At that time, there was a notice on their site that they were having a production problem due to high volume, and that delivery would be delayed. I ordered the one with "Spyder" on it in chrome letters, so that may have taken longer. I have been really happy with it. Not only functional (I got it for additional protection for my trailer), but looks good too. Very happy with it, and it was worth the wait. A snap to install, too. Maybe give them a little more time... :dontknow:

I realize they might be a sponsor, but not having a phone number to call, screams "I don't want to be bothered" to me. Hopefully it works out.

His ebay store still appears to be selling. Has positive feedback in the last month. Perhaps you can contact him through ebay. Maybe he's just having an IT problem with his other site.

Order confirmation

I got my order confirmation today. The original order did not go through but this one did. Paypal confirmed payment so now only waiting for arrival. I would like to thank everyone for your help on this. R. Chandler

Flaps arrived

Got the flap when I got home yesterday. Will out them on tomorrow. Look great on counter should look better on Spyder
