• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SpyderFest or SpyderQuest

arguing between these two GREAT events, is like asking:
"Blondes, or Brunettes?"

Everybody knows that the only correct answer, is "Yes!!!" :2thumbs:
I agree completely. i'm vp of spyderquest and the wife and I are going to spyderfest this year! (good lord willing!!) :2thumbs: oh ya, we'll be at spyderquest too!!!

I may have to figure out a way to do both.

My new Spyder hobby is really going to start putting a damper on my work productivity. It's a good thing I started this late in my career, otherwise the Army would have kicked me out a long time ago :ohyea:
:wrong:

You've given to your country

Yep, you've given how many years of service to your country, it's time to start enjoying a few for yourself!

juggling spyder parties is a good problem to have!!:roflblack::roflblack:

The more Spyder get-togethers you can go to, the more friends you make. Over the years, it becomes more about meeting up with old friends, than what is offered at the rallies.

It's all about the people...

I can't speak firsthand about SpyderFest as I have not been there, but I have been to SpyderQuest. It was really a lot of fun, great rides, made a lot of new friends. We are going again this year and staying at GEL. The Lake George area is drop dead beautiful. GEL is a good place to stay, take advantage of the hot tub. Just don't use their ATM, it will cost you $5. I learned to bring my own booze, as the cost of drinks in their bar is unbelievable. I can make a martini in my room really cheap.
