I will be updating this post frequently on this page so you don't have to read all the other posts attached if you don't want to. :thumbup:
This pertains only to the people registered at the Best Western Hotel, each Hotel Host is responsible for their own group. (our hotel is full) :yes::yes:
A - Be sure to register for Spyderfest Online any time after January 1, 2015 (Spyderfest.com). I don't know the cost yet but in the past it has been that each person attending must register.
B - Send me some feedback as to what you would like to do at the hotel as a group. :dontknow::dontknow:
C - If you PM or Email me your Email address i will try to put together a group email so i can keep everyone up to date on what is going on.
D - it was suggested that we have a mini swap meet in the hotel parking lot. I can't do this because it would not be fair to the vendors who pay for a space at vendor village, we have a "for sale" forum here on Spyderlovers for that, and you can deliver it at Spyderfest if you choose to do so.
E - If you want some type of "Farkle" added to your bike during Spyderfest, contact that vendor as soon as possible to assure that they will have that item available and set you an install date and time.
F - One activity idea - everyone staying at the BW bring an item from their state/area to make a gift basket for the auction. (proceeds go to a charity) (PrairieSpyder's Idea)
G - A group dinner on Tuesday Night for the early arrivals?? (Samewoks idea) Lamberts seems to be the most popular.
H - Group Dinners for other nights?? (Big F's Idea)
I - Tiger Sanctuary Ride ?? (GunkandPudge's Idea)
J - Go Kart Racing Trip ?? (SpyderGTL's idea)
K - Worst, Funniest or cutest Pair of Pajama Pants Contest Friday Night (May be worn over regular pants or not) (Must be "G" or "PG" Rated). (Mrs. Cruzr Joe's Idea)
L - if you want to mail a basket prize to spyderfest so you don't have to carry it, send it to:

Thursday Night will be the "Pajama Pants" party at our hotel
Each Night Wed, Thu, Fri, we will have "Happy Hours" in the meeting room at the hotel with "Party Favors" supplied You might want to bring your own mixer if you need "diet" or "Decaf" or something like that.
