Has anyone here been to one?

I've been reviewing previous Syderfests online and it looks like fun.

It's in the rainy season, so I expect we will get wet a time or two during the ride down there.

It's in the rainy season, so I expect we will get wet a time or two during the ride down there.

When and if it rains the parties move to the hotels and we have almost as much fun as riding, at the hotels we get to meet all the people that we talk to on this site.

Spyderfest was without a doubt worth attending :firstplace:

We all would settle in at 9:00pm with some milk and cookies and sing songs...

depending on your personal tastes, you either want to be in the same hotel as Joe, or make sure youre NOT in the same hotel as Joe :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

I have wanted to go for the last two years. I have decided that barring something crazy I will make it to the 2014 event! hyea:

+1! This was the first time at Spyderfest is rained during the fest. There was another time a few years back where it rained hard before, but it was clear and sunny during the events.

It's all about the people...

I saved 240.00 on hotel fees and it only cost me 500.00.

Should you attend Spyderfest ... most definitely

YES YES YES rain, sleet, wind, sun, hail no matter what the weather. It is about all the awesome people..:yes::yes:. I am literally budgeting for SF 2014 starting this month. Just finished paying off 2013 SF and trip...the bestest $$ spent with the bestest people at the bestest event....:thumbup: Yea it would be alot cheaper if I stayed away from vendor village...but then that is soooooo much apart of SF and next year the rumor is that vendor village will be inside away from any curves Ma Nature throws our way....oh my better increase budget!!!!

went to SF 2012, ran through 1 T-storm on the return trip from a ride. and SF 2013 had the bad luck of having it be sunny and 75 before and after, but the cold front moved in for at least 2 days and dumped on our parade, taking the party in doors. and next year, I for see myself being stuck in the shop as an employee. hands down, with a few exceptions, as there are in any crowd, my Spyder Family has the best people in it that I know. sorry for getting a tad mushy. lol

I have been at all four Spyderfests (2010-2013).:2thumbs: Even though, as part of the MoGang, we spend most of our time working to insure everyone else has a great time, it's meeting and greeting everyone that makes Spyderfest the event that it is. Oh yeah, the Vendor Village really helps!:yes:

Does anyone know if a date and location has been selected for 2014? I know it's probably still early for that but I like to plan ahead and want to make it this year!
