Guess he had that ride dialed in, too bad, I don't believe he'll be using it any in the next few days!
If he got sprung doing anything much more than about 40 kph over the posted speed limit here/in most States of Oz, and he has any other speeding offences already recorded, there's a good chance the Spyder would be confiscated for a few weeks, months, possibly more; or, if he's a repeat 'high speeder', then it could even be confiscated and
crushed, no recompense -
even if it's not his bike!!
There's more than just a few very annoyed parents &/or owners of vehicles here in Oz who are now 'former owners', cos their kids with priors were driving or which were lent to others who had prior offences recorded!!
But you'd really hafta be a bit dim to stay on the wide open freeways and high speed roads to try and out-run a cop car on any Spyder, wouldn't you??

The dirty great wall of air our Spyders all hafta push outta the way to go truly fast really limits any Spyder's top speed!!
However, if he'd taken to the back streets &/or roads with lotsa turn-offs, buildings &/or landscape that he could get out of sight behind, lotsa of tight corners, alternate routes, and only short straights, ie. heaps of places where the Spyder's greater agility, stability, traction, and braking could really come to the fore and be a massive advantage, he
might've had a chance of losing just the one cop car, or a 2-wheeled cop bike for that matter... maybe not so much if the car/bike had air support or a few other vehicles to help keep on his tail and in sight tho. And there's not too many bikes or cars that can out-run the speed of a radio used by a clued-in despatcher, either.
Just sayin', he's clearly not the sharpest...
