• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder Virgin No More.....

We just bought our first Spyder and drove it home tonight. I haven't been on a bike in over 15 years and I was more than a little nervous. Okay, I was scared s***less. My husband had to ride it through the rush-hour traffic (grinning all the way). I took the second leg of the journey home which was mostly highway.

What a blast! I'm so excited I either won't be able to sleep tonight or I'm so exhausted I'll pass right out. Either way, this was a great thing for us to do and I'm looking forward to the enjoyment it's going to bring.

2009 Spyder RS (which now has, sniff, 70 miles on it). Husband says we'll be getting another (for him), only an RT model with all the bells and whistles.

:2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs:welcome Welcome!! I too was scared s###less at first. I had ridden double with my husband for years, but never on my own. I adore it now!!! Enjoy your new ride!!
