Does anyone know how many spyders can am sell in a year? I just purchased a ST and love it. Just wondering about the sales to complaints ratio. It just seams that recreational vehicles tend to have more issues than your general automobile. I look at the spyder as a recreational vehicle thus I expect more issues than an automobile. I am wondering if some people that buy a spyder are car people and not snowmobile and ATV people that see problems as part of the deal sometimes. Although I will admit the Spyder does cost as much as a decent car.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

about the sales but they have passed Harley's in occasions. But as to having issues, no more or less than any car manufacturer. As far as car owners vs recreational vehicle owners, most come from rec vehicles. The ones complaining of sound and noises come from close cars with ac's and stereos. Maybe someone has the figures you are looking for. If you are researching check how many recalls updates and change Toyota has as compared to Spyders....

As others have said, I don't believe actual numbers have been posted concerning production. We have thrown out the number of thirty to forty thousand from time to time. We have 12,000 members on SL--but that in no way is an indication of actual numbers of :spyder2: owners.
