• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder RT police

Scotty,

Told you the cop bikes would be white (this one has a little extra black on it)...:yikes::yikes:

The white RT/RS look like cop bikes, plain and simple...just like if you see a Ford LTD, you think cop car, until you find out a 90 year old woman is driving it!

:roflblack: Unlike you, I have no abiding fear of the police. :joke: I ride a former CHP bike, and my old man worked for the police department as a mechanic for most of his life. On the other hand, I do have a terrible fear of 90 year old women in white LTDs. :roflblack:

Yeah, that is scarier than the police bikes! However, if they have a LTD from Men in Black, it might not be so bad! :yikes:

One of the guys in our department dumped the Harley this past fall and totaled it. He was lucky, slid out into the trees, but missed the big ones a few bruises was all he had to show for it. He hit a patch of dirt in a corner chasing down a speeder. I really think the Spyder would be a much safer option for police, especially in more rural departments like we have where being able to squeeze though tight spots isn't really a problem.
