• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SPYDER RT PASSENGER ARMRESTS FROM DIAMOND R ACCESSORIES

Thanks Randy!
Getting anxious... Calling the guy today and gonna threaten to use it on him if he doesn't get off the fence soon... :gaah:

Love our armrests. We just now got home from Spyderfest (6000 miles, 10 States) and the wife really enjoyed the ride having the armrests.

These look nice! I'd love to see a pic with someone (passenger) using them: obviously you do not hold the handles as before so how do you do in turns?

The armrest should not interfere with the passenger being able to hold the handles in a turn. I know the passenger can pull the armrest into them and have support. I would not recommend the armrest as hand hold replacements. Our armrest are designed to enable the passenger to relax their arms and shoulders and sit back and enjoy the ride.
I can promise you one thing, If I am taking curves to hot, I will be feeling a thump on the back of my helmet. Patti keeps me in line that way.

enjoy the ride

One of the benefits of these armrest is that the passenger can easily access the hand grips when going around corners. They can swing in and out allowing the passenger to change arm position from supporting arms laying out or in towards the body. I don't have any pictures right now, but these are definitely the best options for supporting the arms and reducing fatigue in the shoulders.

Yelp, I know that bump well. That is why I get so much better gas mileage when my wife is with me.
