• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

FS: Spyder RT parts

Hello all. I have a few items for sale.
Item condition and any issues will be clearly made known, additional pictures can be taken if needed.
All items sold as is, no returns or refunds.
Payment: Paypal goods and services for your protection and mine (buyer pays associated fees)
All items were purchased for my 2021 Sea to Sky so I know for sure they fit a '21, but should be compatible with with 2020+ models. However, I encourage you to do the research to make sure they are compatible with whatever you are installing them on.

1: (Used) Show Chrome Accessories, passenger armrests with cup holder. I no longer have the instructions, but they can be easily found online. $100.00 + shipping

2: (New) cat delete pipe with removable baffle and spring tool. $75.00 + shipping

3: (New) TricLED Spyder RT windshield vents, 2 up flow and 2 down flow $25 shipped

4: (Used) Baja Ron Sway bar with silver links, associated bushings, and hardware. $150.00 + shipping

5: (Used) Set of M2 Shocks front and rear. The fronts work great with no issues. I reached out to Marcus because the rear was weeping a bit of oil and he told me to send it in and he’d take care of it (this was a few weeks before he closed the doors) and I was in the process of preparing for a road trip with a buddy so I reinstalled the OEM shock and left. When I got back home it was there. When I opened and unwrapped it I noticed it was clean, but appeared to still be leaking… maybe it was rebuilt poorly or not at all as I remember him saying it was hard to find good help during our conversation before sending it in. I tried to reach out to Marcus after to see if he would supply the parts and or recommend someone and I would look into having it rebuilt myself, but never heard anything back, so after several attempts I gave up, put it on the shelf and moved on. I do recall in our initial talks he had mentioned the internals were off the shelf parts. So long story short, the rear will need to be rebuilt. They did perform well when they were installed. $400 + shipping

All payments are Paypal goods and services, buyer pays the fees and shipping where stated. I usually use UPS or FedEx with tracking and encourage the purchase of insurance on the package, but will leave that up to you and will also use any carrier you would like if you have another preference.
I will provide my PayPal info and cell number through private messages if you would like to call and will try to answer any questions you may have.

Thanks
Bill

Housekeeping post that appears in every Ad:

Please make sure that you, both sellers and potential buyers, read and follow the directions in the READ FIRST! Sticky (& all the posts in that thread) that's found at the top of this forum section and linked below:

https://www.spyderlovers.com/threads/read-first-how-to-use-the-for-sale-by-owner-sub-forum.146354/

paying particular heed to:
  • the need for regular posts from you, adding to the thread (& not just edits of the first post!) in order to keep the Ad alive;
  • if you add any pics (and you really should, if you want to sell!), the need to insert no more than 6 images per post as thumbnails iaw the 'Please upload, attach, and insert any pics/images as Thumbnails' Sticky, especially if you want everybody to be able to view them/your Ad, leaving at least a - between each image! (Having at least one pic in your opening post of the Ad/thread will mean that your Ad will have the first pic shown in your 1st post here appear on the index page - which helps get viewers to look at what you've got/on offer; and posting an extra pic or two in new posts added to the Ad/thread regularly over the coming weeks/months will also satisfy the first point above ;));
  • do not display personal contact details, unique identifiers, or discuss prices, payment, payment methods, or negotiate at all on the public pages, use the Forum's DM facility to exchange contact details &/or conduct any/all negotiations; and
  • the need to properly finalise the Ad by changing the prefix to mark it Sold once you've finished with it, even if you haven't actually 'sold' anything, don't want to sell any more, or just don't need the Ad any longer! ;)
Good Luck with your sale. (y)
