• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I feel like I am the ONLY Spyder rider in Ohio. I am in Strongsville ( about 10 miles south of Cleveland on Interstate 71). Can all you riders at least check in so I don't feel so alone.

Can you Ohio rider's post in the Spyder Lovers Chapter for OHIO forum.

I'm here. I live in Silver Lake by Stow & Cuyahoga Falls and my family still lives in Berea and Parma. That Mexican restaurant on 82 is a customer of mine so we are in your neck of the woods frequently. There are at least 3 more of us over here in my area. You're not alone. Maybe we can schedule a RTE :bbq::chat:sometime so we all can meet. Chris

I am in Canton, Ohio.

Ohio used to have the Ohio Spyder Ryders, this was great while it lasted, they split the state into districts for local rides but then after several years and hundreds of members they busted from a lot of bickering as far as I have been able to discover.

You may want to check with the Johnny K's location near the airport, they may be able to hook you up with some locals, they are great folks.

I use the Johnny K's in Lodi, just down 71 from you and they had an open house this year where I met some ryders.

A little further from you but a very active group and they do some weekday and weekend rydes is the Mahoning Valley Spyder Ryders, they meet in Youngstown area or in Portage County, also great people.

Akron checks in!

We are here in Akron and ride every weekend, mostly Sundays. We would like to meet some other riders in this area also. Could we post a date/time to meet for breakfast or a ride??

Little checking..

There are 586 members listed in Ohio but only 6 in Cleveland...:sour: you could search other cities close by and check with local dealers....

OHIO

Southern Ohio for me too, Wash. C.H., I wish someone would start a club here In southern Ohio, you ryders up north are 2-3 hours from me..

It's great to hear from other Spyder ryders. I cover many miles and love it when I can meet up with other ryders. I met a new friend, Buckeye Bleau. He's the only other ryder I've ridden with, and that was only 12 miles. I live in Zanesville but it's not too far I can't meet some new friends. Set something up and I'll try to get there.
Chris, you aren't alone.

Not bad there are 15 potential friends in the area! My wife and I both ride on the weekends, I ride any day that there is less than 30% chance of rain.
