I only have a $20 2 ton Red Jack BUT the key is the Armless Computer chair with wheels to make working on the Spyder Not Work and sort of FUN?
I have a Pro Lift drop tail XLT. Had it before Flamingbabe got her Spyder.
The extention rails are not wide enough for the Spyder...... So I holesawed another set of holes in the drop section, got longer pipes, and welded up some slip on floorplates for the Spyder's front wheels.
Back the spyder onto the lift. built a stop for the rear wheel and it puts the front tires in the middle of the platforms. Lets ya work up next to the bike!!!!!
FB is working to size some pics, and she will post them.

I like it! The ability to work up close has been what has stopped me from getting a lift. Oh yea, that and the total lack of room due to 2 Spyders, 24 other bikes, and a few collector cars.
WOW.... I find the 2 Valkyries, the Harley, and the Spyder.. PLENTY ta work on....I like it! The ability to work up close has been what has stopped me from getting a lift. Oh yea, that and the total lack of room due to 2 Spyders, 24 other bikes, and a few collector cars.
Don't have much shop left...it is all collection these days. If we decide to build another house, that will change, but I am out of room on this tiny acre. A lot of the toys are in my albums.WOW.... I find the 2 Valkyries, the Harley, and the Spyder.. PLENTY ta work on....
of course in my dreams... I would have a big enough shop to have at least 1 of EVERYTHING!!!! LOL.
The lift as it is now set up works real well with both 2 wheel bikes and the Spyder!
Man.... I'd love ta see yer shop!!!!!!!! and collection !!!!!!!
Those folks at Weaver don't mess around. I ordered the lift on Friday the 11th first AM and it will be delivered tomorrow afternoon Monday the 14th.
I think you lost a day somewhere.:dontknow:
There are some leg adjustments to lower the ram a bit, you might want to check that. Mine clears just fine but I have Elka's on the front and the raises it a bit. I got to tell you I love this thing. :doorag:
 check! Once the spyder was all the way on and I could raise the lift to get the pressure off the adjusters I screwed them all the way in. Spyder now sets on the lift in the classic off road 4x4 nose up stance but, I'm not sure if that will give me the needed clearance, cause I need a second set of eyeballs to check the clearance and I'm kinda working alone. In the meantime, I shimmed things up so I knew it wouldn't hang up and took it off the lift this morning. See my post ONLY IN CALIFORNIA - DMV!!!
Thanks for the heads up Lamont.
