We rode to Tucson and up to the top of Mt. Lemmon. Just a titch over 8K feet high. Lots and lots of twisties and scenery that is superb.....

Have a safe riding season and keep the 3 wheels down!:yes:
It's never fun going through Tucson regardless of the mode of travel. Horrendous traffic made worse by traffic lights EVERY BLOCK! Never again.Today was the last ride of the season for the group I ride with. Snow birds are flying north. We rode to Tucson and up to the top of Mt. Lemmon. Just a titch over 8K feet high. Lots and lots of twisties and scenery that is superb. A little over 277 miles round trip. Great ride except for the part going through Tucson. I counted 51 signal lights. Seems we caught our share of red ones. I've done this on the Goldwing several times. Much more fun on the Spyder especially going through town. Next up is our annual 4-6 week summer trip north to escape the desert heat. Probably sometime after mid July. Have a safe and enjoyable summer......
Started shoveling the Spyder out, but still tons of snow on the ground here. Will be a couple of weeks yet!:yikes:
