So...
I did the Ride of Reflection today with the Warriors' Watch and a small group of us got separated from the pack after we stopped to help someone. I was pulling out from a stop light as we were leaving and the Spyder started shifting funny, like it didn’t want to go into gear. (2010-SE5). I slowed it down, got it sorted out and kept going. Everything was fine. Got to the Garden, took the turnpike home and parked it.
A couple hours pass and since the clouds had moved out I decided to take a ride through Valley Forge. As soon as I clear the on ramp and up shift I hear a loud bang, try to up shift as I merge and get nothing. Pull over to the side and shut it down. Let it sit a few minutes and try again. No first gear or reverse.
Long story short, the Spyder was flat bedded to a dealer (Thanks Spin Cycle Towing!). I have less than 12,000mi on it. Someone please tell me that this will be fixed under warranty.
