• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Installed a set of Harley's air horns on the spyder, air compressor fits where horn was mounted,
and horns under the front.

Better safe than sorry

I have to admit I've had a lot less need of a horn with the Spyder than with any of my other bikes (2 wheel).

Horns..!!

like they say..better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it..!! looks like it fits just fine. Great job tucking it all in there. Like the turbo fans in the fog light slot did the same thing..works well..!! :2thumbs:

Looks like a great place to put them, unless.... you have SpyderPop's Bumpskid mounted. Then that area is totally closed in. :(

I'm trying to figure out how to mount a set of trumpet horns on my '13 RT. Can't do like you did because of the bumpskid. Thinking about putting them on the fenders. I think that would look downright mean! :2thumbs:

Wolo install instructions say to not have more than 8" to 10" of hose between the compressor and horn. You surely must have more than that. Does the added hose length seem to cause any problem, like maybe a slight delay between pushing the button and hearing the blast?

Hoses to the trumpet are the same length and main hose in the center, no problem.:ohyea:

I have been looking at the Bad Boy horn, seems like a good fit with a minimum of work/alterations. Gotta do something, the Missus says that the BRP horn sounds like a bleating sheep, and I don't disagree with her. She doesn't want it to sound like an 18 wheeler loaded with pigs, but she does want it loud enough to be heard.
