• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder F3 Power Outlet Advertised but not there.....

From the Thread on the topic I think they would be beyond Fun for me to install and I can get Bike Master or Oxford premium grips for about $50- $80 and Hook up to the 2 wires under the left panel. I realize the BRP ones are Better But the Bike Master grips were good on my GS to about 40 Degrees which is about as cold as I go.

If you can install those and wire them up, you can install the BRP ones no problem. Much easier. They really are plug n play. Hour job tops and that is to remove the top panel and run the wires down the handlebar to the interior of the bike which you would have to do on an aftermarket setup as well.

I really Appreciate Your Help! I was just planning on connecting the Aftermarket Heated Grips to the wires under the Left Panel which would appear to be easier ??? Is this Not Possible?:dontknow:

Or Do you have to take the top consel Panel Off regardless of which way you do it?

Darn, I could Take apart the GS I Traded in So I guess I gotta start Getting Better at the New F3?

Different than your GS but not hard at all. Just a few torx screws and the right sequence to learn but its no big deal.

O'where O'where would one install a power outlet to charge one's cell phone?
