Hello, I`m new here. I was just wondering if anyone could help me? My 2009 Spyder will crank just fine, but when I try to shift into 1st gear, it dies. there is a brake warning code on the dash but I`m not sure it`s related. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

You don't say what model Spyder you're riding, but for starters have you read the operator's guide that will tell you how to properly check the oil level and what the brake warning light means? If you don't have a hard copy guide you can download one at this link and save it on your computer: http://www.operatorsguides.brp.com/Index.aspx?lang=e&s1=c9e7c26e-d65a-440d-869e-02e502b600c0&brands=roadster&type=og. Just select your model year and then drill down to your model and download it.

Hi and :welcome: .... If you have a manual transmission and the park brake is on .... it will stall when you release the clutch ..... as stated above we need more info about your Spyder ..... Mike :thumbup:
