Those of you that Facebook, we have started a group so ryders can talk about the service they received. This group is open to all, including any dealer that wishes to join to address any problems. That way it is completely fair for everyone.

[emoji107]Maxium Powersports Merrillville, IN : service dept failure to communicate times of repair person left w/o bike & no information for a week.

Lou the guy who owns Pirate Motorsports on Center St in Riverside CA:
He has customers bringing their bikes from 150 miles away--just for an oil change (really)!

Eddie has a satellite garage in Shreveport, LA.

This is the best medium I watch and I'm sure dealers take notes. We express our frustrations, we laugh on others stupidity, we cry for others loss, we bond on same values and please add more if you wish. I don't need facebook for another medium TY.

Not sure that would be easily accessible on a smart phone if you are on the road. And if you were home, odds are unless you were a new owner you should have a pretty good idea about your local dealers.

:thumbup: Wow! I like the fact that you got good reviews at Elk Grove Powersports, CA. Thanks for the reports. Would like to know about Fresno Clawson, Bakersfield, or Lancaster, CA. That would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to give a huge Yo Johnny K's in Warren, Ohio and especially in Lodi, Ohio. Great service, sales and alaround customer support.

on the other hand a miserable to Hardings Park Cycle in Canton, Ohio. They try to charge for warranty work, I believe unmolicious, they don't know what was covered, and it took them over three weeks to do a service, yuck.

The only bad thing, yesterdays "worst" report could take a 180 degree turn the next time around. Or just the opposite can take place.

Not enough facts in most cases to make an educated decision. One of the reasons I don't like such a list. :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown: in advance.

Lost my dealer

Anyone heard ANYTHING about Broadway Powersports in Tyler Texas, The people were really great when they sold me the bike. Am wondering about the Service Department?

Took my bike in for the DESS error problem today --- when I arrived, found out they are no longer Can Am dealer. Bummer. Purchased my first Spyder from them (2008) as well as my current ride. Dealer is still very active, just not Can Am (Longview Cycle and Ski).

Called Marshall and they would be glad to take care of my Spyder --- under warranty.

Can't answer to the dealer in Tyler --- I just don't like the traffic there and welcome a ride in the country to Marshall - the dealer did fix my 2010 Spyder once when it broke down in their area.

:agree: Having worked and owned shops the turn over is rough on the ratings. Listing them is great...:thumbup:
