• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just got back from the SEMA show in Las Vegas and my birthday is coming up soon, my sister was at the show and she and my other sister bought me a GoPro camera for my birthday, Thanks SIS! I mounted it to my helmet on the way home and was experimenting. It was on the default setting which is 960p and then I had to convert it since my computer is a PC and I didn't really have any video editing software that would deal with HD video in mp4 format. This little camera will take full HD 1080p video. Check out their site, it's a kewl camera. Anyhow, I overlayed some Steppenwolf music to it and uploaded it to Youtube and wouldnt you know it, Youtube blocked the sound so I had to pick from some Youtube approved soundtrac wich does not seem to be working. anyhow, here is the youtube link:

and here is the file on my server with the Steppenwolf sound:

As you can see in the Video, the Hoover Dam Bypass project is coming along.

Enjoy,

Mad Matt

Liked the video. It has been a few years since I was out there and it seemed like they were in the beginning stages of the bypass project then. Thanks for sharing.

I was just there two weeks ago... too bad our timing was off or we could have crossed paths. The bridge arch is quite impressive!

Did you make it down to the Skywalk? That was a trippy experience, albeit a bit pricey.

Are you talking the Grand Canyon Skywalk? I was there a couple of years ago. I was impressed by it.

And, by the way- nice video.

Nice video, great scenery.

Did anybody notice the signal lights constantly flashing on the spyder? Or was it reflection from the sun?

Inoticed that the signal lights were flashing, probably TRIPLE PLAY setup available from nomagicneon ( a.k.a. E.S.I. MOTORCYLE PARTS):2thumbs:

That rider must have been on and off the brakes constantly for it to flash so many times. Maybe he/she had the hazards on? At any rate thats some sweet scenery. Another must place to ride through for me someday;)

The lights are not flashing at all. It has to do with the video technology. (Frames per second)

That is correct, I have a number of videos that look that way, someone on here explained it once, but I don't remember the technical explanation.

Here are a few pics of when I visted the dam during the Ryde to the Red Carpet event in LA. Dam and bridge were impressive!

Mad,

Thanks for the post. It felt like I was there. The video features a Spyder and a Valkyrie Interstate...the same two vehicles that grace my garage.

Nice job,

Tripod :joke:
