I sold my 2008 Gs and bought a new 2013 RT and it is like night and day.

Riding this 2013 RT is like starting out on a Spyder for the 1st time, I have ridden my last GS for 3 years and this is totally different.

My feelings exactly. The transition was like night to day for me also. 2008 to 2010 RTS. I had the 2008 made into an RT--but the ride was so much different.

Also rented a RS version last summer. It was a real eye opener, and I was glad to get back on my RT when I got home. :thumbup:

I am still trying to get the windshild to move for me and trying to figure out the cruise control. I have 308 miles already.

You can only adjust the windshield with the engine on. It won't move if only the accessories (lights, radio, etc) are on.

If I wanted to sit on a sofa I would just stay home. Just kidding, enjoy your new ride. I like all the spyders but the RS gives me the sporty, nimble feeling that I enjoy right now.

Thanks, I was going to go back with an RS but I cane reall sit in that position or shift since I had my knee replaced.

For some of us with knee, hip, or back problems, the OEM seating position on the RS is not comfortable. I modified mine with seats, handlebar risers, backrest, etc. etc. It still ended up being a very different ride from the RTS.
