• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder camping trip to Yellowstone NP

My OOPS! After talking with my wife, the campground that we stayed at (no tents allowed because of bears) was ouside the park. We were in the pickup/camper at the time.

Good show Pete, thanks for sharing. I was impressed, the Spyder towing the Leisure Lite, two up w/luggage and still 35 mpg. Doesn't get much better than that.

Pete, As Bob Hope would say-Thanks for the memories. We've been to yellowstone a lot starting in 1983. Great pics. Now I want to go again-but on my spyder. Wife won't go, but oh well. Anyway, do you carry a port a potty in your camper? Also, what can the solar panel run?

Thanks, Bob

Bob, we use a collapsible toilet seat and bags https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MSOWG7U/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It's a 100 watt solar panel that keeps the small lithium battery charged. It's plenty to run my cpap, fans, light and electronics.

Not sure where we camped that had no tent camping. We now have neighbor that has second home near Hebgen Lake and short drive for us to the park.

Yellowstone is amazing on a motorcycle. IMHO it's the only way to truly appreciate the park. Pete' I'll bet you lost count how many times you crossed the Continental Divide. That's probably the most common sign in the park. the-continental-divide-sign-in-yellowstone-national-park-wyoming-norm-lane.jpg

Pete, thanks for the response. Will be planning more trips once the temps cool off a little. Will be picking up my 2020 RTL and trailer on friday.
