I didn't wanna ride today - too hot (98 and humid) - way too early for this heat! My 3/4 helmet is way too hot - I have a black one, not vented very well so I'll be ordering a light colored better vented one. Anyway, although I had a blast yesterday, I got a splitting headache from sweating in the darn helmet in this heat. So hubby said he was gonna go get gas on it - well he was gone a while :
. Came back later - I told him I wasn't up for the heat and he said he'll ride it. So he did and I sat on the back - he kept sayin, "I'm having a blast"! And we met up w/ some people and one of my girlfriends said, "I never saw him so excited about something before." Now he wants highway pegs for it (I don't need them - I am too short) and he wants to start up a Spyder racing club. So guess I'll be sharing the Spyder w/ him. He loves his Harley but it's nice that he likes this too - he's having fun. Maybe someday we'll have two Spyders in the garage :bigthumbsup:
