• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder and Harley Dealers

After selling my last Harley-Davidson, I'm left with a significant amount of Chrome Cash rewards (from a credit card) which can be redeemed/spent only at a H-D location. My plan was to use them at a dealer in WI that carried both Harley and Can-Am: the owners have, since my last visit in 2017 or '18, sold out and gone exclusively to H-D.

The Q: does anyone know of a dealer location that sells both brands?

Thanks!
Wayne

You must be talking about Ukes?

I know they use to sell both.

Have any Harley Buddys left to buy them stuff then they just pay you off

I don't know of a HD Dealer in WI that sells Spyders too. There is Metro in Cedar Rapids, IA though. Might check to see if the dealer is going to balk at you buying non-HD branded stuff. Come to think of I bought a Mustang saddle at an HD dealer with my Chrome Cash a few years ago.

Maybe....

This Harley shop, as I understand it, is under the same ownership of the place next door in the same building (who is a Spyder dealer):

Please do let me know if this works!

No. They are separate dealerships several doors apart in the same strip mall. The HD multi brand dealership is owned by some rich guy in LA who owns several dealerships in SoCal. (Not a knock, they're a good group of guys.) The Yamahammer/Can Am dealer is locally owned. They technically carries Spyders, but they only carry them on paper because they want to sell Rykers. Their main business is selling tractors now-a-days. The closest real Spyder dealer to this area is Fred Cummings in Bakersfield. (In case anybody is travelling through the area.)

You might check Sun Enterprises in Denver. They have two separate but adjacent buildings and sell Harleys in one and Can-Am Spyders (and other brands) in the other building.

Sioux Falls, South Dakota, CanAm and Harley dealerships are owned by the same owners. Separate buildings. A bit far from you.
