• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Spyder accident in Penn Yan NY Routes 14A and 54

Just happened to be driving through Penn Yan NY today and caught the tow truck and police cleaning up an white RT with the front end gone. Looked like an SUV off the road with some front end damage as well. Two helmets sitting on the RT, did not see anyone who looked like they were riding it. The only possible good news is as the ambulance left, no lights or sirens and did not seem to be in any hurry. Moments before on 14a I had just passed a group of bikes, trikes and Spyders heading south, I assume not connected.spyder14a54.jpgspyder 14a 54.jpg Hope rider(s) are all ok.
It occurred to me how much safer you are in this instance than on a 2 wheeled motorcycle. Probably no road rash, no sliding under vehicle, no falling off period. Dan

If you hadn't mentioned the two helmets sitting on the seat I would have said that an ambulance leaving without lights and sirens might not be a good thing. I hope they are all okay.

Keep us posted, It is not Mike( Blueknight911) we are home. We are getting some rain here( in Vermont).

P.S. Looks like an new 14' with the sporty front fenders. Deanna777:ohyea:

I came across a white RT in Savannah NY a week ago returning home from a ride with friends from Syracuse. They were too far ahead and turned off before I could catch up. I wonder if that is the same one. Wishing them a speedy recovery.
