• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder accessory idea

Would someone please make this for the Spyder? I cannot see the tiny, dim green indicator in the instrument panel through my sunglasses and helmet shade.
This would make Spyders more visible to other vehicles, too. I took my F3's mirror apart but the coating on the back of the mirror will not pass light through it.

:agree:

They do

I know they make aftermarket kits that you can install in car mirrors, so I am sure you could make it work for a Spyder.

They are made for the Spyder!

Spyderanne

Check with Spyderanne. She has a nice set installed on her Spyder. I have seen them on other Spyders as well.

TricLED installed their turn signal indicators on my RT at Spyderfest. Theirs is a strip of LEDs that go between the top of the mirror and the mirror housing. They are very visible and I like them a lot.

I'm running the Muth mirrors on my Wings, have for years, the mirrors for the Wings are plug & play, no cutting or soldering. Great product.

Thank you for all the replies. I'm not looking for a tacked-on solution, I want something that looks factory-integrated, just like the example in the photo, invisible when turned off. I've written to Muth to see if they will produce mirrors for the F3.
