Sport Rack Parts and Install

I just purchased a used sport rack and backrest.
I think there might be some parts missing.

Does anyone have the install instructions that they can scan and email?
If they are available for download a link would be great.

I searched the forum and found some good install tips but it refers back to the instructions which I don't have.
