Looking for a nice set of floorboards for my 2012 limited.There is so many different ones out there that its a might confusing. Seen these and they look nice and comfortable and was hoping some of you might chime in and give me your opinion.At what floorboards cost don't want to buy several different sets looking for the best ones. If you have pictures that would help also. Thanks Almost forgot the boards I am looking at are Spider legs comfort floorboards in chrome.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

saw a lot of web boards at spyderquest. bill is a sponsor on this forum.(go to homepage and look them up) nice looking boards. wished he had them for rss sm5, but he doesn't. waiting for the phone call when he does!!:thumbup:

I added the Spider Legs Floor Boards in chrome at Spyderpolooza in September and have been pleased with them! :2thumbs:The way that they angle out is a comfortable position for me. Decisions, decisions! :dontknow:

I am another vote for the Seal floorboards. Have a set of Deluxe on the 2010 and a set of Pups on the 2011. We like both versions. They were easy to install--If I can do it--anyone can. John is also a great person to deal with.

I have the Diamond R Accessories Premium Floorboards. They have the different colors to match your Spyder. If you prefer black they have them too. You can get them with foot pegs or without. If you don't want both driver and passenger, they'll break them up separately. Check out their website, they are a sponsor. Diamond R have great products and Allen and Patti are even greater people!

Just recently installed the Rivco floorboards on our RT and really like them. They give your feet a lot of room to move around plus the pads act as isolators and dampen out vibrations. They are easy to install. It took me about an hour and a half to do mine, but if I were to do it again, I could do it in about 45 minutes.

I agree with MRFATS!! I got 2 sets (1 Set for 2011 & 1 for 2012 RT-S). Did a little bit of customizing on them. I Think it turned out well! Both sets have been wonderful! :doorag:

This whole floorboard thing is mind boggling. And the prices are nuts. I finally saw the sealboards on a bike at the dealer today. The bike was a mess. That probably accounted for the rusting screw heads and the chrome trim coming off. But I was impressed at how sturdy they were. But only having seen the web boards once, and not examining them, can anyone tell me if they're as sturdy as the sealboards. I read where there's some flex in them. The wife really wants them and let's face it, they are the coolest looking floorboards out there IMO. The website says they're not ready yet for the 2013 SM5. And I want her to have the heel and toe shifter.
BTW, the sealboard website shows the RT SE 5 DLX with a heel and toe shifter. I assume that's a typo.

+1 on these I just put a set of these on my RT on Thursday. Very nice for the price(150.00 bucks) they do have some flex though. That is because they use the stock peg which is rubber mounted. But once seated on the bike riding I don't see much of an issue. Really well made for the money.
