Completely staged. It uses the standard story telling technique taught in Film school. Set the scene, scan the set, provide a foreground distraction, position the actors, get an action shot and fade. The ukulele player isn't playing, the lady knows exactly where he is positioned so she can grab his prop. Cute but not a very good production it is way too staged.
