• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I think these things where invented so annoying people can be even more annoying. Yesterday I took my father to a store to shop. He needs to use one of those electric carts to get around. So a mother approaching us with her child had her nose in her phone and does not notice her kid running ahead and was almost run over by my father's cart. I said something to her about it and she didn't even notice me. Later in the same store, some schmuck has his nose in a phone and was blocking the lane. I had to say excuse me twice to get his attention. Morons.

Yup! Every visit to the supermarket and using a disability cart--brings "them" out of the woodwork. :roflblack::roflblack:

If I made that video I would have used the Benny Hill theme

But all and all, people have not changed much

Darn...I still cannot see any of the inserted videos (just blank screens). Have tried google, and firefox browser set ups with the same results. Back to IE.

We were in line to pick up tickets at the Golden Nugget and the woman ahead of us had her nose in her phone. Her turn came up and the attendant motioned to her; she was oblivious. When the attendant motioned a second time and was ignored again, my wife gently tapped the woman on the shoulder, pointed her to the attendant, and said, "It's your turn." Instead of a thank you, my wife got an angry "F U" and a finger. I have no idea why letting this woman know it was her turn was such an unpardonable sin. Unbelievable. Well, at least it woke her up so she didn't hold up the line. When it was our turn, the attendant mentioned it, shook his head and said "Now I've seen it all."

If their not getting run over, they are driving and running others over. I was heading home when a jeep pulled out of a grocery store. I was riding my Spyder and he was right next to me in the hammer lane, with a cellphone in his right ear. He didn't see me and was moving into my lane. In front of me was a bus that had stopped about 1000' in front of me. Behind me was another idiot on the phone and almost on top of me. I decided to get out of there, so gave the throttle a twist and blew past the jeep, shifting to 4th and getting into the hammer lane and that's when the idiot finally saw me. I than blew past the bus and in front of me was no one, until I got down near the beach and it all began again. I sometimes wish, I had a button to push and machine guns came out of the vents on the front of my spyder. Not to kill, but to disable the vehicle with an idiot on a cellphone. In CT my brother answered his phone and was observed by a state cop on 84. He was fined $125.00 first offence. 2nd offence is $250.00. Most states have laws on the books, but they are never enforced, unless its the cause of an accident. A law that isn't!
