• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Small passenger

Testing it

When I visit the younger Granddaughters every time they climb on the Spyder to see if their feet reach the floorboards, even if I was just there the day before, because they know I won't let them until they do.

I am not sure I agree with the whole idea, maybe old age. Yes I do remember riding babies on the gas tank.
If you do, I would say, a minmum of armrest, back rest or Rt and some kind of blocks so his feet reach the pegs. then kind of slow speeds only.
I will let other withmore recent experience go from here.
Good luck

Looks like I'll be taking my grandson on more of my rides. He is only 9 years old, not real big and I'm a little concerned about him sticking on the back. Any experience with children as passengers or suggestions. His feet do not reach the passenger foot rests.

I ride with my boys also, what I did is to add the backrest to my ST, they are not riding with me now but that is for another thread....

Your guideline here is the feet touching. I would rig up something so his feet could touch, and someone, somewhere, makes some sort of belt you wear around yourself that gives them a built in handle to hang onto.

Mostly newer members perusing what's on file in various topics. I think that most of us have resurrected an older thread file either intentionally or not. Here, it was interesting to see what we said the last time the thread was active.
