anyone recommend a small 12 volt air compressor that will plug in & operate to the 12 volt source on a RT ?

Good choice on the Stop & Go. Only pulls 6 amps and will plug into your battery tender. Just hooked it up this morning and it worked great. View attachment 96518
....................Mr.Drew where can you get air check valve ( with gauge ) for the CO-2's in case I only want to add say 5 lbs. ?????.. Thanks ........Mike :thumbup:IMHO don't waste your money or time on one. Pick up a co2 kit instead. If you don't believe me try flattening one of your tires and then pumping it up with a small 12v compressor....
I was looking at this one.....................Mr.Drew where can you get air check valve ( with gauge ) for the CO-2's in case I only want to add say 5 lbs. ?????.. Thanks ........Mike [emoji106]
.....Thanks, that site led me to other types that actually had gauges and or metering devices built in.......This would make the CO-2 cartridge more than a one shot deal....Mike :thumbup:I was looking at this one.
Check out this item I found on eBay: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=231352847684&alt=web
What I noticed when looking for one is, you have to decide on what type of CO2 cartridges you wanted to use (threaded or Non-threaded). Im still doing research on the different kinds of applucators. I think the key to one of these is the ability to screw in the cartridge and that it screws on to the valve on the tire. This would help ensure all the CO2 gets into the tire versus trying to hold it onto the valve when you pop the cartridge. This would also be more beneficial for the rear tires on the RT's......Thanks, that site led me to other types that actually had gauges and or metering devices built in.......This would make the CO-2 cartridge more than a one shot deal....Mike [emoji106]
:agree:......For the rear tires on any Spyder you will need your own flexible extension hose ............just sayin .....+ I think these valves ONLY work with the threaded type of cartridge ,,,,but I don't see that as an issue ......................Mike :thumbup:What I noticed when looking for one is, you have to decide on what type of CO2 cartridges you wanted to use (threaded or Non-threaded).
