We came close. Looked in TN and NC, but in the end, family won out...and they are here. Nancy's need to care for her 100 year old grandfather before his death brought that to the forefront. She doesn't want to be that far from her aging parents. We are very comfortable in Michigan...although we do tend to gripe when it is 15 and snowing on the first day of Spring. My family has lived in Allegan County for the last 175 years, so I guess it is in our blood. Like I said, we are out of our minds!
